Hip-hop royalty Wu-Tang Clan is officially on their final North American tour, titled Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chamber. For fans in Phoenix, the group’s farewell concert on June 18 is expected to be one of the most memorable stops on the 27-city tour.
The Phoenix show will take place at the Footprint Center, with the performance set to begin at 8:00 PM. Doors open an hour earlier, giving fans a chance to grab exclusive merchandise and soak in the atmosphere before the show starts. This stop marks a historic moment in Arizona’s live music scene, as it may be the last time the legendary group performs together in the Valley.
The tour lineup features all eight surviving founding members—RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God, and Masta Killa—along with longtime affiliate Cappadonna. Also joining them is Young Dirty Bastard, the son of the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard, who continues his father’s legacy with high-energy performances and charismatic presence on stage.
Adding to the excitement, hip-hop duo Run the Jewels will open for the group on most tour dates, including Phoenix. Known for their electrifying performances and politically charged lyrics, Run the Jewels are expected to set the stage ablaze before Wu-Tang takes over.
Wu-Tang Clan has promised fans a unique and elevated experience for this final tour. According to RZA, the group has curated a special setlist featuring classic tracks as well as rare and unreleased material. The stage production is also set to feature visuals that reflect the group’s signature style—a fusion of kung fu cinema, street culture, and gritty East Coast aesthetics.
In addition to the tour, Wu-Tang is releasing a new live EP recorded during their 2023 NY State of Mind Tour. The EP includes live renditions of fan favorites and is available on select streaming platforms as well as a limited-edition vinyl release.
This farewell tour marks the end of an era in hip-hop. Since the release of their groundbreaking debut album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) in 1993, the group has influenced generations of artists and left a permanent mark on global culture. For Phoenix fans, June 18 is more than just a concert—it’s a celebration of Wu-Tang’s legacy and a final chance to witness one of the most influential groups in music history.
Tickets for the Phoenix concert are still available, but fans are encouraged to act quickly as demand is high for what promises to be an unforgettable night.
